How far in advance should I book Sun Films for my wedding photography/videography?

We recommend booking as early as possible (at least 8-12 months in advance if you can), as our wedding photography and videography services are only offered for a certain number of monthly weddings.

Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding photo/video shoots?

Yes, we offer engagement and pre-wedding photo/video shoots. These shoots are a great way to get to know us and our style and allow you to practice being in front of the camera.

Will there be a second photographer/videographer on the wedding day?

Second photographers/videographers are included in some but not all of our packages. This is a great way to ensure you get all the important moments captured on your wedding day.

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos/videos?

During the busy season, we typically deliver the final edited photos/videos within 10-12 weeks of your wedding day. However, if you need them sooner, we can work with you to expedite the process.

Can I provide a shot list or specific moments I want to be captured?

You are welcome to provide us with a shot list or specific moments you want to capture. This will help us ensure we get all the important moments on film.

Do you offer wedding albums or prints?

Yes, we have coffee table books and prints. We can also help you to create a custom album or print order.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Our cancellation policy is 50% non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your wedding, we will work with you to find a date that works for both of us.

How do you handle low-light or challenging lighting situations?

We use professional-grade equipment to handle low-light and challenging lighting situations. We also have years of experience shooting in these conditions, so we know how to get the best results.

What equipment do you use?

We use a combination of Canon and Sony's professional line equipment. We also use a variety of lenses, including prime lenses and zoom lenses.

Yes, we offer drone footage at your wedding. However, this is dependent on restrictions of fly zones in the area and necessary approvals.

We use a reputable site to upload and share your photos/videos with you using a secure link and password. We also use hardware that is password protected and which can be wiped remotely, should something unfortunate happen.
